FirstShelf.AI provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services exclusively for Etsy digital product sellers. Our service analyzes product listings and provides recommendations to improve visibility in ChatGPT and other generative AI responses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by FirstShelf.AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FirstShelf.AI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

FirstShelf.AI provides optimization recommendations based on analysis. We do not guarantee specific results or citation frequencies. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
